Using Reorder Reminders

Reorder reminders are a powerful way to use MedicalArtsPress.com. This tool reminds you when it’s time to reorder the supplies you use on a regular basis before you run out.

To access reorder reminders:

• Login to MedicalArtsPress.com
• Click on the Reorder Center tab located at the top of the screen
• Click on the list for which you wish to send reorder reminders
• Click the Reorder Reminder link to select the frequency with which you would like to receive your reminder emails
• To finish, click the Save button

Helpful hints:

• If you purchase products that always run out relatively quickly (for example, paper for a copy machine or toner for a laser printer), set up a reorder reminder two weeks before you think you will need it again. Give yourself the peace of mind that your supply will always be available and your needs always met.
• Remember, the Reorder Reminder feature reminds you to place an order, but does not make the final purchase for you.
